Position Overview – Business Development Specialist (BDS - Electrical low-voltage systems) with a strong background in low-voltage systems who can contribute to project design, problem-solving, and customer-focused innovation. The right candidate will bring technical expertise, creativity, and attention to detail in delivering solutions that meet our customers’ specific needs.

Responsibilities:
- Find new opportunities and build the sales pipeline through strategic prospect management, cold-calling, and emailing.
- Qualify prospects in terms of their needs, goals, and business environment.
- Coordinate with clients to align their requirements with prospects to provide opportunities to quote.
- Track all activities through our CRM (Zoho) to create a weekly report providing details of insights, conversations, and pipeline highlights.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of business development and sales hunting experience in the engineering, industrial, and/or manufacturing industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exemplary professionalism are required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Must be able to work independently and be highly motivated.
Benefits include:
- Full-time W2 position - 100 % Remote work model (must reside in the U.S.).
- This role has a negotiable salary range of $50,000 - $100,000 per year, paid on an hourly basis.
