Position Overview - Account Manager: As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for nurturing relationships, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects. You will help identify growth opportunities, upsell services, and align client goals with agency offerings. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, building trust and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, development, marketing, sales) to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
- Monitor project performance and provide insights and recommendations to optimize results.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
- Leverage your sales expertise to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend agency solutions that align with their goals.
- Work with the sales and business development teams to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
- Prepare and present performance metrics, ROI analyses, and project updates to clients.
- Use data to showcase the value of agency services and secure ongoing client investment.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role in a digital agency or related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and creative services.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Sales acumen is preferred with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).

- Hybrid or remote (dependent on location) - $70,000 - $80,000 annual salary range + 20% in potential annual bonus.
