Position Overview: As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for nurturing relationships, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects. You will help you identify growth opportunities, upsell services, and align client goals with agency offerings. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, building trust and maintaining long-term partnerships. 
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project objectives. 
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction. 
Project Oversight:
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, development, marketing, sales) to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget. 
  • Monitor project performance and provide insights and recommendations to optimize results. 
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.  
Account Growth and Sales:
  • Leverage your sales expertise to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. 
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend agency solutions that align with their goals. 
  • Work with the sales and business development teams to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition. 
Performance Reporting:
  • Prepare and present performance metrics, ROI analyses, and project updates to clients. 
  • Use data to showcase the value of agency services and secure ongoing client investment. 

Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role in a digital agency or related field. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and creative services. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 
  • Sales acumen is preferred with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. 
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
