Position Overview: Appointment Setting Team Manager (Manufacturing Division)
demandDrive is seeking an experienced Appointment Setting Team Manager to lead our growing Manufacturing Division appointment setting team. This role is responsible for managing a team of 6–8 appointment setters who secure meetings for our sales representatives selling demandDrive’s sales and marketing services to manufacturing firms. The manager will also be responsible for providing lead lists, optimizing lead quality, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds monthly appointment-setting goals.
This leader will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure the team has the right tools, messaging, and processes to drive measurable pipeline growth for our manufacturing sales services.

The manager will also be responsible for providing lead lists, optimizing lead quality, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds monthly appointment-setting goals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 appointment setters focused on the manufacturing vertical.
- Distribute and maintain high-quality lead lists for the appointment setting team.
- Establish and track KPIs for appointment volume, quality, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategy.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
- Monitor call quality and provide feedback to improve outcomes.
- Identify training needs and implement skill development programs.
- Report weekly and monthly performance metrics to leadership.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure accurate reporting.
- Foster a positive, high-performance team culture.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing inside sales, appointment setting, or SDR teams.
- Proven success in leading teams to exceed outbound appointment setting targets.
- Experience working with manufacturing, industrial, or technical B2B sectors preferred.
- Strong understanding of lead generation processes, list building, and data management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving strategies.

- Annual Salary + Bonus ($85,000 - $95,000 Annual Salary + Bonus).
